Transitioning from a spacious suburban home to a single-floor condominium, this homeowner embraced a new perspective centered around breathtaking city views. Central to family gatherings, a full-size dining table, and an open floor plan were indispensable in the cozier setting. By reorienting the living room, ample room was created for dining, buffet cabinets, a large seating area, and a custom bar along the panoramic windows. Pocket doors were installed in the den/guest bedroom to further expand the communal area.

To preserve wall space for art, a curved wall was introduced to enlarge the kitchen, incorporating a coat closet and generous pantry.
